If you’re anything like me, you’ve just realized that your time to focus on sculpting your summer bod has pretty much come and gone. It’s honestly been so dark and cold and wet in New England that March / April completely snuck up on me. Basically we have two months to whip ourselves into shape. But WE’VE GOT THIS.
A lot of change can happen health & wellness -wise in two months. The keys to success are this: discipline and consistency.
So what are the most important things to track?
- Food – high protein, high fiber, low carb, low sugar, minimal alcohol
- Water – at least 6-8 glasses / day
- Exercise – 45+ minutes of sweating/ day
- Sleep – 7+ hours / night
- Weight – torturous, but necessary.
I’ve found that writing all of these things down and actually watching how either hitting my goals or self-sabotaging my goals affects my overall health & wellness day to day is the best way to reinforce my routine. I’m less likely to cheat and order spaghetti if I have to write it down and see the number on the scale rise the next day or two.
But how do you track all of this health & wellness data easily and concisely?
You have a simple, 1 page printable – that’s how! I scoured the Google, Pinterest, and blogs for one that was simple, had enough room to write out my food intake and workout routine, and was only 1 page so I could stick it in my planner. I couldn’t find one that fit all my criteria PLUS being FREE and easily accessible.
So, I made my own! And I wan’t to share it FOR FREE with all of you 🙂
