Today was SUCH a perfect fall day!
I spent the morning cruising around Cambridge in my Dad’s 66 Chevy, soaking up the last of 2016’s warm sunshine, and sipping a yummy Starbuck latte from my travel mug (that I randomly plucked from a shelf in Tags in Porter Square). I’ve been using this OXO travel mug since the beginning of my college days. It’s long lasting, no spill / drip, and REALLY keeps beverages hot… If you’re not in the area to grab one for yourself, you can also purchase your own on Amazon here!
Once fully caffeinated (LOL), we dropped into one of my favorite antique stores on Monsignor O’Brien Highway.
This place is HUGE!
I’m talking 5 floors of serious vintage finds. I’ve found so many things here: light fixtures…mirrors…jewelry…silver. I LOVE vintage silver, and I always end up bringing a new piece home. I know I take after my Auntie Robin. She uses THE most beautiful vintage silver during the holidays. As you can see below, I have my eye on the candlesticks…
If you’re looking for something to do and loving poking around totally cool antiques, definitely stop by the Cambridge Antique Mart! I’ve wandered this store for HOURS. No lie.
SHOP THE LOOK
Unfortunately, it’s time to retire the shorts…*sob* If you’re like me (and already thinking of a warm vacation between November and March) check out this pair from Billabong here. SO COMFY.
These boots are the perfect shade to compliment the usual fall colors, and having a bit of fringe can definitely dress up a plainer outfit. You can find a version of this fall must-have here.
With today’s look, it was all about the accessories! My statement necklace was from Lucky, and you can find one of your own here. As you already know, I LOVE mixing textures, and this wool hat is the best!
