I. LOVE. COFFEE.
My love affair with the beverage was, of course, inevitable. The smell of it has followed me through life. My mom brewed a pot every morning and afternoon always leaving little, half-full, white cups around our house. For my Great Aunt Emily, Sunday dessert isn’t complete without a tiny steaming cup beside her chocolate cake. And every time the girls are out to dinner, there’s no leaving without a round of rich espresso.
My first year of high school was rough (I went to an all-girls academy and took too many APs, too soon… *shudder shudder*). I remember my mom wordlessly sliding me my own mug across our kitchen island after a particularly long night of studying.
Now, over time, I’ve honed my taste. I have my favorite cappuccino spots. I have my go-to blends. I’ve even developed a taste for expresso (yes, I actually enjoy it LOL). And..
I LOVE FOAM.
A creamy, frothy cup of joe in the morning is the ultimate. Do you know how hard it is to recreate this Starbucks topper at home on a budget? I tried everything. Frothing wands. Wands in those aluminum cups….
Then came Christmas. An unexpected gag gift changed everything! My godmother gave me a frother. This little gem is now THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in my kitchen. The frother is small, and it won’t take up unnecessary room on your counter. It has options for cold, warm, and hot frothed milk, it’s easy to clean, and its still going strong after a year of hard use.
Get yours HERE… Seriously, your morning coffee will never be the same. (Also, tea lattes. YUM.)
